When we decided to open a restaurant alongside the catering service, it was evident that we wanted to provide quality and value to our patrons. In may 2019 our purpose came to fruition and we opened the doors. We are passionate and dedicated to serving Trinbago classics with a twist and some more popular international classics. So why not start your food journey with us and be part of our story as we adjust, modify, and edit the classics with flair and innovation!
Catering Services
Our catering service is our longest standing service established in 2002. Our chefs are classically trained so we have a difficult time placing a menu here as we have a motto…..โyou name it and weโll cook itโ. The service starts with a minimum order for 5 people and there is no limit regarding the size of your event there after. We do anything from Hors dโOeuvres to local cuisine to private in house 7 course meals hence our reluctance to list a menu as that list can be limit less. These are some examples of dishes we are capable of executing…. itโs just the tip of the iceberg. ย Oxtail reduced In Red Wine & Pearl Onion Puffs, Roasted Cream of Pumpkin Soup, Chicken Roulade with a Mushroom Duxelle, Chadon Benรญ, Garlic & Butter Lobster, Smoke Salmon Carpaccio…..As always if you need us to create a menu for your occasion, we are here at your disposal.
